First Step: Phone Consultation

A brief phone conversation will help us determine if we might work well together. We will talk about what you are looking for help with, and I will tell you more about how I work. To schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation, please click “Book an Appointment” below.

Second Step: Scheduling

If we determine that we are a good fit for working together, we will find a time that works for both of us to meet for our first session. Sessions are 50 minutes long and are generally scheduled for the same time each week. Before our first session, I will email you paperwork to fill out along with directions.
