First Step: Phone Consultation
Our first step is a brief, free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and I’ll share more about my approach. This is a chance for you to ask any questions and get a feel for how we might work together.

Second Step: Scheduling
If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first session at a time that works best for both of us. Sessions are 50 minutes long and typically happen at the same time each week for consistency.
Before we meet, I’ll send you a welcome email with some paperwork to complete, along with directions and details to help you feel prepared for our first session.
